Sharing Collections Overview
It is possible to share collections with other users both that have an account on iconik and with people outside of iconik via email.
For an overview on the Sharing functionality in iconik please visit the Sharing Overview help page.
What the recipient will see
The recipient of the share will be informed via email with a link to the collection.
When they click on the link it will take them to a page for the collection. If you have required a password for the share they will be prompted to input the password before the contents are shown.
The shared collection page is a cut down in functionality version of the collection that you normally see. They can browse the contents of the collection and click through to the assets that are in the collection. If the collection is ordered then they will see the content in that order.
