These are the roles that are needed:

Setting Share Expiry Time

You can set your individual preferences on how long shares will remain active. This overrules for you personally what is set by administrators of the system.

Setting the time

  1. Click on the top right on you user icon and select Edit Profile.
  2. Choose Display Settings tab.
  3. Change the "Expires after this many days" Settings
  4. Click to save.
