Roles

These are the roles that are needed:

  • User

Asset Default Sections

This allows you to set what panels should be open when you visit the asset page for an asset. The panels can always be opened manually, but if you are constantly using Metadata or Comments you could set your Asset Default Sections to only show "Metadata and Comments".

Setting the Asset Default Sections

  1. Click on the top right on you user icon and select Edit Profile.
  2. Choose Display Settings tab.
  3. In the drop down, select your choice of Asset Default Sections.
  4. Click to save.
