Roles

These are the roles that are needed:

You can set your individual preferences on how downloaded files will be named. This overrules for you personally what is set by administrators of the system.

The setting is either, to match the original filename or, if it's been changed to match the asset title.

Setting the time

  1. Click on the top right on you user icon and select Edit Profile.
  2. Choose Display Settings tab.
  3. Change the "Downloaded file name uses" Settings
  4. Click to save.
