Jobs Widgets
To configure the jobs dashboard you add widgets which show information on the jobs. There are two types of widgets for jobs, each which can be configured in different ways to highlight different information on your dashboard.

Each widget can be used more than once in the dashboard and configured to show different jobs depending on their type or state for example:
- Job List widget showing all transfers of assets
- Job List widget showing all jobs created by your user
- Job List widget showing all failed jobs
- Job Stats widget showing all Transcodes
- Job Stats widget showing all storage Scans
Adding a widget to the dashboard
- Click + ADD WIDGET to add the token
- Choose the widget type.
- Add a title to the widget
- Choose the settings for filtering which jobs you wish to see.
- Click on "Display settings" to define the columns, sort-by and max number of results
- Click
- Your widget will be added to the dashboard.
Jobs list Widget
A widget that shows a live list of jobs. You can choose from the following parameters:
- Job Type - Type of the job that you wish to show (multi-select)
- Job status - The statuses of the jobs that you wish to have shown in the widget (multi-select)
- Object Type - Assets / Collections / Storage / Saved Searches and Export locations can be choosen here. (multi-select)
- Period - for choosing a date range for which jobs should be shown.
- My Jobs - if you only want to show the jobs that you triggered.
Jobs Stats list
Creates a job to monitor jobs with statistics shown. You can choose from the following parameters:
- Job Type - Type of the job that you wish to show (multi-select)
- Job status - The statuses of the jobs that you wish to have shown in the widget (multi-select)
- Object Type - Assets / Collections / Storage / Saved Searches and Export locations can be choosen here. (multi-select)
- Period - for choosing a date range for which jobs should be shown.
- My Jobs - if you only want to show the jobs that you triggered.
Remove widget from the dashboard
To remove a widget:
- Click on the gearbox menu on the top right of the widget
- Choose "Delete Widget"
- Click
Editing widget from the dashboard
- Click on the gearbox menu on the top right of the widget
- Choose "Edit Widget"
- Edit the parameters you wish to update
- Click
Viewing expanded view of the widget
The expanded view of the widget lets you view more information and filter in realtime the widget with the widget's parameters as the starting point.
- Click on the expand icon on the top right of the widget next to the gearbox
- Use the breadcrumb navigation to go back to the dashboard at any time.
