Jobs Dashboard
The jobs dashboard is a user configurable view to show job information. You can add widgets to the page, removing existing widgets and change the parameters of what a widget can show..
Each user can have their own personal dashboard, or switch to the system dashboard. Administrator's can define what is shown on the system dashboard by setting his or her own dashboard to be the system dashboard. The system dashboard is displayed if the user doesn't have their own personal dashboard.
- Click on ADMIN in the top navigation.
- Choose Jobs from the left navigation bar.
- Choose the Dashboard Tab
Modifying System Dashboard
To modify the system dashboard you must be logged in as a Admin user.
- Click on ADMIN in the top navigation.
- Choose Jobs from the left navigation bar.
- Choose the Dashboard Tab
- From the gearbox top right choose View system dashboard.
- Any changes you now make are set as the System Dashboard.
As an admin user you can also create the system dashboard from your own personal dashboard by doing the following:
- Click on ADMIN in the top navigation.
- Choose Jobs from the left navigation bar.
- Choose the Dashboard Tab
- If the system dashboard is shown, choose your personal dashboard selecting View personal dashboard from the gearbox on the top right.
- Once your personal dashboard is shown, choose "Set as system dashboard" from the gearbox on the top right.
You can now add and edit widgets
Resetting dashboard
You can reset your personal dashboard to the system dashboard at any time.
- Click on ADMIN in the top navigation.
- Choose Jobs from the left navigation bar.
- Choose the Dashboard Tab
- From the gearbox top right choose Reset to default. (If the menu item is not shown, you are viewing the system dashboard and need to switch to your personal dashboard)
