These are the roles that are needed:

Manually making payments

You can add credits to your account to top up the balance. As the credits run down you will be notified by email.

  1. Click on your user in the top right.
  2. Choose Billing from the menu.
  3. Click
  4. A modal dialog will appear.
  5. Fill in how many credits you wish to purchase.
  6. It will show how much you will be charged. If your current balance is already negative you will have a minimum ammount that you can purchase to bring you above the minimum.
  7. Click
  8. Enter in your credit card details
    1. Cardholder name as it appears on your card
    2. Card Number
    3. CVC number as shown on the back of your card.
  9. Click
  10. The credit card transactions will then be processed by our payment processing platform.

The invoice will be available on the invoices page and receipts will be sent to the email entered on the billing details page.

Automatic purchasing

Automatic purchasing requires the following:

  • Linking a card
  • Setting up automatic billing.
