iconik let's you choose some defaults for how your users will interact with iconik.

Settings overview

Logo

You can upload a new logo that will be shown for all users of your system, unless they are in a User Group that has it's own logo.

The logo uploader allows for cropping and resizing the of image.

Date Format

You can provide a default date format for the dates shown in iconik for all users in the account. User's can also choose their own from their settings page which will override this setting.

Date Time Format

You can provide a default date time format for the dates times shown in iconik for all users in the account. User's can alsochoose their own from their settings page which will override this setting.

Support Access

To enable iconik support to more easily support you with any issues you may encounter with iconik this can be turned so that they will have access to your system.

External Share

You can global disallow sending out shares to users that do not have an account in iconik.

Asset Default Sections

This allows you to set which panels should be shown when accessing an asset. If this is left empty the panels shown when opening an asset will be Asset Metadata and Comments.

Change settings

  1. Click on Admin in the top navigation.
  2. Choose Settings from the left navigation bar.
  3. Change the settings you wish.
  4. Click to update the settings.

By selecting support access you allow the iconik team to access your system for troubleshooting.
